3. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online via our booking form, by phone, or email.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.
No contract is formed until we confirm your booking in writing (via email or message).
You are responsible for providing accurate information (address, access details, parking, etc.).
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the property size, number of rooms, and type of cleaning service requested.
Additional charges may apply for extra services (e.g., oven or fridge cleaning, ironing, etc.).
Payment must be made in full at or before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the booking value).
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a full service charge may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to staff illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
Provide access to the property at the agreed time.
Ensure that electricity, running water, and safe working conditions are available.
Keep pets secured during the cleaning service.
Inform us of any fragile or high-value items that require special care.
Failure to comply with these requirements may affect the quality or completion of the service.
7. Our Staff
All cleaning professionals are carefully vetted, trained, and insured.
Customers are not permitted to hire or solicit our cleaners for private work without our written consent.
Doing so may result in legal action and compensation for loss of business.
8. Damage or Complaints
Any complaint must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
We will inspect the issue and, if justified, arrange a free re-clean or partial refund.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or poor maintenance.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total cost of the service provided.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for:
Loss or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
