At London Clean Away, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the cancellation process as straightforward and fair as possible, while ensuring that our team and scheduling operations remain efficient for all customers.

2. Cancellation Notice

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.

3. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

If a cancellation is made on the same day of the scheduled service, or if our team arrives and is unable to access the property, this will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, the full service fee may be charged to cover staff time and transportation costs.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking once without any additional charge, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the service.
Repeated rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees depending on availability and staff scheduling.

5. Emergency or Weather-Related Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unsafe weather conditions, road closures, or other emergencies.
If this occurs, customers will be informed promptly, and the booking will be moved to the next available date at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

If a payment was made in advance and the cancellation meets the conditions stated above, a full or partial refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
